Boies Schiller Flexner strengthens Italian employment team with Nicola Bonante
"Boies Schiller Flexner is set to expand its Italy employment practice with Nicola Bonante and three lawyers who will work in employment/labour law."
Nicola Bonante joins from Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici. He brings consolidated experience in the principal areas of labour law and industrial relations, developed at Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici and previously at Gianni Origoni and Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo.
Tiziana de Virgilio, who will join as counsel, and associates Noemi Cauzzo and Daniele Demelio will also become part of the employment practice. All three come from Baker McKenzie and are expected to complete the employment team at Boies Schiller Flexner.
If confirmed, these hires would represent a further step in Boies Schiller Flexner’s growth in Italy, a development the firm began in December 2021 to build a European platform capable of assisting local and international clients across litigation and arbitration, corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, international tax and private client services. The firm recently reinforced its Italian bench in January with the addition of competition and regulatory lawyer Gianluca Faella.
