Miles trained at DWF and progressed rapidly within that firm, becoming a Partner in January 2024 with eight years’ post-qualification experience. He built a substantial practice advising on high-value investment and development transactions and has acted for institutional investors, developers, pension funds and major occupiers.
His work spans growth sectors including social infrastructure, build-to-rent housing, self storage and residential development, and he has experience advising on complex, large-scale and often market-leading projects. Miles is recognised for his technical strength combined with a commercial, client-focused approach.
He joins Addleshaw Goddard as a Partner, strengthening the firm’s capability to support clients on sophisticated development and investment transactions in sectors experiencing strong investor demand and long-term growth.
