Gunster Adds Three Attorneys to Private Wealth Services and Corporate Practices
"Gunster has added Jessica Birbrayer and Lawrence Held to its Private Wealth Services practice and Gil Greber to its Corporate practice, expanding estate, trust, and corporate capabilities."
Jessica Birbrayer joins Gunster's Private Wealth Services practice in the Boca Raton office. She concentrates her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters. She previously worked at a boutique estate planning firm, where she assisted clients with estate planning instruments, estate and trust administration, and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. Birbrayer earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and holds dual bachelor's degrees in accounting and political science, magna cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University.
Gil Greber is a member of the firm's Corporate practice in West Palm Beach. His practice focuses on venture capital, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general corporate matters. His clients range from startups and entrepreneurs to private equity firms, international banks, and established companies across industries including artificial intelligence, healthcare and life sciences, technology, and aerospace. Greber earned his J.D. from Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, and holds dual degrees in Biology and History from Emory University.
Lawrence "Lonny" Held is part of the Private Wealth Services practice in the firm's Tampa office. He represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in probate, guardianship, and trust litigation, including will contests involving undue influence and lack of capacity, breach of fiduciary duty cases, contested guardianship proceedings, and professional malpractice. Lonny earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and holds both an M.A. and a B.A. from Florida International University.
