Gunster Expands Real Estate, Immigration and Business Litigation Teams with Four New Attorneys

Jordan H. Blumental joins Gunster's Real Estate practice in West Palm Beach. Bringing over a decade of experience in federal government service, he advises clients on land use and zoning matters, helping them navigate regulatory frameworks to achieve their development and real estate objectives. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. summa cum laude and Masters of Applied American Politics and Policy from Florida State University.
Laura Buck is a member of the firm's Immigration practice in Miami. She assists U.S. companies with employment-based immigrant petitions and petitions for nonimmigrant (temporary) workers and has advised clients across education, government, healthcare and technology sectors. She earned her J.D. cum laude and her A.B. magna cum laude from Tulane University.
William A. O'Leary is an attorney in the Jacksonville office's Business Litigation practice. His work focuses on complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, civil RICO and other business-related disputes. He joins Gunster from a Vault 10 law firm, where he represented multiple Fortune 100 companies in high-stakes commercial and products liability matters involving nine-figure exposure. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A. magna cum laude from Catholic University.
Emma Shapiro is based in the Miami office in the firm's Immigration practice. She advises on a variety of family-based and employment-based immigration matters, including the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, Investor visas, Extraordinary Ability visas and Consular Processing matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.S. cum laude from Florida State University.
