Henko appoints Santiago L. as General Counsel

With over 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity, Santiago enters Henko as general counsel. He has previously held partner roles at EY Abogados and Bird & Bird. Throughout his career he has participated in more than 150 transactions across multiple sectors, and since Henko’s foundation in 2021 he has advised the company on more than 30 transactions across its investment portfolio.
