Stonestreet brings more than 30 years of law firm leadership experience. She joins Wilson Sonsini as COO, where she will oversee operations including finance, information technology, talent, business development, marketing, and administrative functions. Most recently she served as global chief operating officer at Baker McKenzie, overseeing firmwide operations covering more than 13,000 employees in over 70 offices worldwide. During her tenure at Baker McKenzie she led a multi-year transformation to modernize business services, enhance cross-border coordination, and support firmwide strategy across finance, technology, people, and client service functions. She has also held senior leadership roles across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, bringing a global perspective to operational strategy and execution.
