"Greenberg Traurig has added Alexandra Campbell-Diehl to its Boston office as an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice, focusing on employment litigation and traditional labor law."
Campbell-Diehl advises employers on single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and related matters. She also handles workplace investigations and supports corporate transactions. Her work concentrates on traditional labor law issues, including employer rights and obligations related to unions, and advising on union organizing, collective bargaining, and labor law developments. She has defended employers in attorney general investigations, state and federal litigation, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Campbell-Diehl earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.S. from Cornell University.
Terence P. McCourt and David J. Dykeman, co-managing shareholders of Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office, said Alex’s experience enhances the office’s capacity to support clients in a dynamic and regulated employment landscape.
