Mr. Prince advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as growth-stage and strategic companies, on mergers and acquisitions, investments, recapitalizations and other complex transactions. His practice spans industries with a strong focus on healthcare; he helps clients navigate complex regulatory environments, execute transactions and align legal strategy with business goals, and he regularly counsels executives, founders and boards on deals, governance and other legal matters. His experience ranges from early-stage investments to multibillion-dollar transactions, and he has served as outside general counsel to businesses at all stages of their life cycles.
Mr. Prince joins Kirkland & Ellis as a partner. He was previously a partner at Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia. He has been recognized as an Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor (2025), commended by The Legal 500 U.S. for M&A/Corporate and Commercial: Private Equity Buyouts (2024), listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Mergers and Acquisitions (2023–2025) and named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers (2023).
