Failla & Partners appoints Marco Ramponi as senior associate

With more than 20 years of experience, Ramponi developed much of his professional career collaborating with the firm of employment lawyer Federico Squassi. He has assisted medium and large companies in both advisory and litigation matters, with particular attention to agency relationships, managerial employment and corporate disputes, including claims for liability against corporate governing bodies. He joins Failla & Partners from the firm of Federico Squassi.
Ramponi has consolidated experience in employment law and focuses on advising national and international companies as well as executives and top managers on a broad range of employment matters. His areas of expertise include employment contracts and agency relations, transfers of business, reorganizations and restructurings, corporate crisis, non‑compete clauses and industrial relations.
