Tocci represents high-net-worth families and individuals in all aspects of matrimonial and family law. She advises clients on matters involving divorce, custody, spousal and child support, equitable distribution of property, pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and divorce agreements, and post-judgment matters, hearings and trials. A pragmatic advocate and skilled negotiator, she understands the emotional dimensions of family law and brings that knowledge to every representation.
Before entering private practice, Tocci served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the General Crimes Bureau of the Eastern District of New York and as an Assistant District Attorney for the Queens County District Attorney's Office. She also served as Court Attorney to the Honorable Esther M. Morgenstern, New York State Supreme Court Justice, in both the Kings County Family Court and the Queens County Integrated Domestic Violence Court, which she helped establish. Tocci earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, she was counsel at Alter Wolff Foley & Stutman.
