Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP Adds Partners Chelsea Pullen and Tam Ho to Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Team

Chelsea Pullen and Tam Ho have joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as partners, where they will support the Firm’s data center and digital infrastructure clients.

Chelsea Pullen joins the Firm’s Real Estate Practice in Washington, D.C. She is an experienced digital infrastructure lawyer whose practice focuses on data center lease transactions and advises data center operators and developers, private equity firms, infrastructure funds and real estate investors across all stages of operations, from early inception to large-scale global platforms. In addition to data center leasing and development, her experience includes other digital infrastructure leasing such as dark fiber, cell towers, rooftops, subsea cable systems and DAS and WiFi system builds. She is joining Simpson Thacher as a partner.

Tam Ho joins the Firm’s New York office as a partner in both the Energy and Infrastructure and Real Estate Practices. An infrastructure and real estate lawyer, he represents private equity funds, sponsors, developers and other investors with a particular focus on data centers and digital infrastructure. He has advised on significant joint ventures and equity financings in the data center space and counsels clients on complex joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, preferred equity investments and other real estate transactions. He is joining Simpson Thacher as a partner.
