Lucas Sant’Anna brings more than two decades of experience, specializing in public law (litigation and advisory services), infrastructure projects, and the analysis of regulatory issues across various sectors. He joins Pinheiro Neto at partner level. Sant’Anna built his career at top-tier law firms in Brazil and worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. He holds a master’s degree in Administrative Law from PUC-SP and an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law.
José Alexandre Ferreira Sanches joins Pinheiro Neto as counsel. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Structures and Operations from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Civil Law from the Escola Paulista da Magistratura, and a Bachelor of Laws from UNESP.
Two additional associates also joined the firm; no further details about them were provided in the announcement.
