Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens Paris real estate finance team with partner Diane Le Chevallier
"Norton Rose Fulbright welcomes partner Diane Le Chevallier to its Paris office to bolster its real estate finance practice."
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013, Diane Le Chevallier joins the firm after nine years at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, where she had been Counsel since 2021. She has extensive experience in structured real estate financing and advises real estate investors as well as institutional and alternative lenders, both French and international, on the structuring, negotiation and restructuring of complex financing transactions. Le Chevallier has acted for both borrowers and lenders across financing types including acquisition and development financings, refinancings, restructurings, and secured and unsecured financings, covering asset classes such as office, retail, logistics, hospitality, senior and student housing.
Her appointment bolsters Norton Rose Fulbright’s real estate finance practice, which includes partner Kamel Ben Salah, Counsel Valentin Tschaen and senior associate Marie L’hélias. Her arrival follows the 2025 hires of real estate partners David Lacaze and Isabelle Augais, the recent promotion of three counsels and the arrival of two additional associates, contributing to one of the largest multidisciplinary real estate teams in the Paris market and strengthening the firm’s ability to support complex, particularly pan-European, transactions.
