Evergreen adds José María Pérez-Prat Recarte to banking and finance

Pérez-Prat brings more than six years of experience in banking and finance law, advising both corporates and lenders on complex and high-value transactions. His practice focuses on corporate and acquisition finance as well as structured finance, with particular exposure to real estate and energy and infrastructure project finance.
Before rejoining Evergreen, Pérez-Prat developed his career at several established players in the Spanish legal market, gaining experience across a range of financing structures and cross-sector transactions. His return is part of Evergreen’s strategy to build out its transactional capabilities in key areas of financing, particularly mandates requiring a combination of technical expertise and sector-specific knowledge.
