Clyde & Co hires aviation partner Bushra Abu-Tayeh in Dubai
"Clyde & Co hires Bushra Abu-Tayeh as a partner in its Dubai aviation team. She will work in aviation liability, regulatory and government advisory, private aviation transactions, aircraft leasing and asset enforcement."
Abu-Tayeh’s practice spans aviation liability, regulatory and government advisory, private aviation transactions, aircraft leasing and asset enforcement, including aircraft grounding, repossession and export under the Cape Town Convention. She also advises on wider transport and mobility matters.
She moves from Al Tamimi & Company in Dubai, where she led the aviation practice within the transport and insurance department.
Kevin Sutherland, global head of aviation at Clyde & Co, welcomed Abu-Tayeh to the firm.
