Lexia strengthens M&A and Private Equity with partner Elena Martellucci

Elena Martellucci practises corporate law with a particular focus on M&A and private equity, both domestic and cross-border. She has developed extensive experience in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Luxury Goods, HiTech, Automotive and Construction sectors. Martellucci joins Lexia as partner. Previously she worked with international law firms in New York, Rome and Milan.
Her arrival forms part of Lexia’s strategy to reinforce its positioning in industrial sectors undergoing significant transformation and to grow the M&A and Private Equity practice by leveraging vertical expertise and an integrated market perspective.
