Bjorn focuses on building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that updates to their estate plans reflect both their evolving goals and the current state and federal estate tax landscape. She frequently assists clients in navigating contested matters in Maine’s probate courts, with an emphasis on resolving disputes without protracted litigation. Bjorn regularly presents on estate planning topics for the Maine State Bar Association’s continuing legal education programs and co-authored two chapters in MCLE’s A Practical Guide to Estate Planning in Maine. She received her law degree and her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and the University of New Hampshire, respectively.
