La Scala Società tra Avvocati opens Treviso office with lateral partner Carlo Fiorente

Carlo Fiorente joins La Scala as a lateral partner. He brings consolidated experience in restructuring, crisis law and corporate matters, having assisted companies in complex and evolving contexts, including matters related to alternative finance operations for SMEs. Fiorente’s arrival consolidates the group’s presence in the North-East and accompanies the opening of a new Treviso office.
Andrea Favretto joins La Scala with a specialization in labour law and corporate compliance.
Linda Paluzzo Piccin, Elisabetta Dal Bianco and Giada Stefani have also become members of La Scala Società tra Avvocati.
