Politano, a criminal lawyer registered with the Milan Bar, began his career collaborating with some of the professionals who later founded 42 Law Firm and subsequently pursued an independent practice. He brings around ten years of experience assisting entrepreneurial clients, including tech companies. Politano has consolidated expertise in criminal litigation, health law and corporate compliance, with a particular focus on computer crimes. He advises companies and management in the handling of complex proceedings and in relations with authorities, adopting an approach oriented to risk prevention.
With Politano’s appointment, the firm’s roster of of counsel has risen to five, following recent additions to the team that have further developed the firm’s expertise in cybersecurity and related areas.
