Morrison & Foerster Adds Leif Dautch as Partner in San Francisco

Dautch was previously chief of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California’s organized crime strike force. He joins Morrison & Foerster as an Investigations + White Collar partner, bringing experience from his former government role. MoFo’s State + Local Government Enforcement co-chair Carrie H. Cohen said that Dautch brings extensive experience in navigating State AG inquiries and an insider’s view on California state policy, enforcement, and trial practices, which enhances the firm’s ability to assist clients with complex regulatory and high-stakes investigative matters.
