Greenberg Traurig Adds Shareholder Sebastian Leidel to Munich Tax Practice

Leidel will join Greenberg Traurig’s Tax Practice as a shareholder effective April 16, 2026. He has been with Noerr since 2019, most recently serving as an associated partner, and previously worked at Linklaters. Leidel advises domestic and international clients on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and real estate transactions, restructurings and joint ventures, as well as on fund structuring and fund investments. He also has extensive experience advising family offices on asset and wealth management and on corporate and estate succession. His clients include the AllPure Group.
Leidel will be the third shareholder in the German Tax Practice, joining Georg von Wallis and Claudia Stremel. His arrival is intended to strengthen Greenberg Traurig’s corporate and investment tax capabilities in Germany and its international practice for family offices and private wealth services.
