Andersen hires Rafael Salido to strengthen restructuring practice in Spain

Salido joins Andersen from Norgestion and will bring a financial focus to the firm’s restructuring mandates. Based in Madrid, he has more than 25 years’ experience advising on complex financial restructurings across domestic and international markets. His practice concentrates on the financial side of restructuring processes, covering preventive scenarios, special situations and formal insolvency proceedings. His track record includes new money injections, alternative financing structures and distressed debt sales.
Rocío Novales and José Manuel Vidal join Andersen as senior associates as part of Salido’s team. The team advises domestic and international companies on a broad spectrum of solvency-related matters and acts for debtors, creditors and investors.
