Konstantinos Adamos joins Winston & Strawn to build digital asset regulatory offering

Adamos previously spent more than five years as head of legal for cryptoassets at the global financial technology company Revolut, where he played a key role in the company’s FCA registration in the UK and in obtaining a crypto licence from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. He specialises in financial innovation and regulation, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets and blockchain technology. He joins Winston & Strawn as of counsel, having come from Revolut where he served as head of legal for cryptoassets.
Currently based in the firm’s London office, Adamos will relocate to the UAE following the firm’s transatlantic combination with Taylor Wessing. In Dubai he will help build out Winston & Strawn’s digital asset regulatory offering and will work with both UK and UAE clients.
