Laurie Konopka and Meghan A. Collier have joined Bell Nunnally, strengthening the firm’s corporate and real estate practices.

Laurie Konopka joins Bell Nunnally as senior counsel in the Corporate and Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial Finance practices. She advises clients on complex strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and growth investments. Her experience spans wholesale, financial services, hospitality, technology and health care, and she has represented Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and emerging growth businesses on transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Konopka is noted for a collaborative approach to managing risk while advancing clients’ broader business objectives. She holds a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law (2016) and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin (2012).

Meghan A. Collier joins Bell Nunnally as an associate in the Real Estate practice, focusing on commercial real estate transactions. She represents property owners, developers and landowners in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing matters and is recognized for her attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve potential issues early in the process. Collier also regularly authors guidance on FinCEN real estate reporting requirements to help clients remain informed and compliant with evolving regulations. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude (2022), and her B.A., summa cum laude (2018), from Texas A&M University.
