Lexia strengthens its Capital Markets team with Mariateresa Candido

Candido brings consolidated experience in corporate and financial markets law, developed at Italian and international law firms. Her practice focuses on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, public tender offers, capital increases and other corporate finance operations. She also advises issuers and corporate bodies on corporate governance, market abuse regulation, related-party transactions, incentive plans and shareholders' meetings.
The Capital Markets team at Lexia is led by partners Francesco Dagnino and Andrea Massimo Maroni. Candido's appointment is part of the firm's strategy to strengthen its capabilities in a sector characterised by increasing complexity and dynamism.
