Usman Khan Joins Proskauer as Partner in Global Finance in London

Khan’s practice focuses on the real assets sector. He advises a broad range of clients, including private equity sponsors, debt funds, sovereign wealth funds, alternative capital providers and institutional investors, on both debt and equity structures. He also regularly advises on cross‑border matters involving the Middle East and other emerging markets. He joins Proskauer as a partner in the Global Finance practice in London.
The firm has said his arrival strengthens Proskauer’s Infrastructure and Real Assets debt financing platform and reinforces its integrated private capital offering.
