Trowers & Hamlins appoints Rahul Sagar as partner in Banking and Finance

Rahul is a qualified solicitor of 14 years who specialises in advising banks, asset managers, alternative credit providers and hedge funds on complex real estate and structured credit transactions. His work includes debt and equity investments across core, value-add and opportunistic strategies, often in cross-border contexts involving UK, European and US stakeholders.
He joins Trowers & Hamlins from US firm Morrison & Foerster, where he was Of Counsel. He has also held a senior role at a Magic Circle firm and spent time in-house at one of the world’s largest asset managers.
