Choate Expands Fund Formation and Investment Management Practice with Partner Jonathan Danziger

Danziger joins Choate from Lowenstein Sandler, where he was a Partner in the firm’s Investment Management Group in New York. He is a veteran investment management lawyer with deep expertise advising established hedge funds and emerging managers, and he brings more than a decade of senior in‑house experience, having served as Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Glenview Capital Management. He enters Choate at the Partner level, having been a Partner at Lowenstein Sandler.
