Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP Welcomes Mark D. Jackson as Partner in Real Estate Practice

Mr. Jackson brings more than a decade of New York City real estate experience and a professional background in construction management and real estate development. He is a real estate attorney and general counsel with expertise in complex lease transactions and large-scale mixed-use developments. He has served as counsel to the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Two Trees’ commercial properties, and Jamestown’s Industry City, where he managed litigation, secured entitlements, negotiated with stakeholders, and oversaw nearly all legal aspects of commercial real estate development and operations.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Jackson was a construction manager with Lend Lease and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras developing civic infrastructure improvements. He is a graduate of Columbia College and Brooklyn Law School, completed the Coro Leadership NY program, and is licensed to practice in New York and Washington, D.C.
