BakerHostetler adds Rebecca Lutzko as partner to national White Collar team in Cleveland

"Rebecca Lutzko rejoins BakerHostetler in Cleveland as a partner on its White Collar, Investigations and Securities Enforcement and Litigation team within the Litigation Practice Group."

Rebecca Lutzko has rejoined BakerHostetler’s Cleveland office as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and as a member of its White Collar, Investigations and Securities Enforcement and Litigation team.

Lutzko spent 20 years with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio, including serving as U.S. Attorney from 2023 to 2025. She served more than six years as chief of the Criminal Appellate Unit, one year as deputy chief of the Major Fraud and Corruption Unit, and at various times over the course of 11 years as an assistant U.S. attorney. In those roles she supervised and participated in investigations and prosecutions across a broad range of federal matters, and oversaw defensive and affirmative civil litigation on behalf of the United States.

Before entering public service, Lutzko was an associate at BakerHostetler for seven years, where she represented media, corporate and other clients in a wide array of federal and state litigation, including First Amendment, intellectual property, employment, construction, business disputes and product liability matters. She joins BakerHostetler as a partner on the firm’s national white collar and litigation teams.
