Campbell’s practice focuses on advising U.S. and international investment fund managers on the tax aspects of their fundraising and liquidity needs. He regularly advises on the tax aspects of private fund formation, secondaries transactions, GP-stake and other upper-tier transactions for alternative asset managers, as well as liquidity solutions for private funds and their sponsors. His secondaries experience includes continuation funds, GP stakes transactions and other liquidity solutions, and he represents investment fund managers and institutional investors in the purchase and sale of private fund interests across transactions of varying scale and complexity. Campbell joins Weil from DLA Piper, where he was a partner in the Tax practice.
