Norton Rose Fulbright appoints Dr. Stephanie Pantelidaki as Head of Transfer Pricing in London tax practice

Stephanie Pantelidaki is an economist who joins Norton Rose Fulbright from Baker McKenzie, where she was a partner in the tax team. She was previously a leading transfer pricing partner at PwC.
She brings broad experience advising multinational clients across a wide range of sectors, with a particular emphasis on financial services. She regularly advises on transfer pricing planning and disputes, advance pricing agreements with tax authorities, mutual agreement procedures under double tax treaties, financial transactions, transfer pricing documentation and, more recently, AI in tax services.
Her appointment is intended to build significantly on Norton Rose Fulbright’s transfer pricing capabilities and to complement the firm’s existing corporate tax, tax investigations and tax disputes practice. Stephanie Pantelidaki is recognised by International Tax Review (ITR World Tax) as Highly Regarded in both tax controversy and transfer pricing, and her arrival follows continued investment in the global tax practice, after the firm welcomed Düsseldorf-based Simon Weppner in 2025.
