Dentons hires Guillermo Bailach Miró as tax partner

Guillermo Bailach Miró has joined Dentons as a partner in the firm’s tax practice in Spain.

Bailach has over 15 years of experience in tax advisory and joins Dentons as a partner with a focus on transactional tax. His specialisms include M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and international tax structuring. He has advised on mergers, demergers and cross-border reorganisations, and his practice also covers warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance and tax dispute matters, particularly in regulated sectors such as insurance and life sciences.

He joins Dentons from DLA Piper, where he advised on complex tax matters. Prior to DLA Piper, he worked at firms including EY and Ramón y Cajal Abogados, and has gained international experience in London and New York.
