Weil Welcomes Florian Dehmel as Partner to Lead Employment Law Group in Germany

Dehmel is an experienced employment law specialist who has advised both German and international companies on individual and collective employment law. His legal practice focuses on the intersection of employment law with M&A and private equity transactions, as well as on complex restructurings and downsizings. He is joining Weil at partner level and will lead the Employment Law Group for the firm’s transactional practice in Germany.
His addition is part of Weil’s ongoing growth strategy in Germany: since the end of last year the firm has added eight attorneys to its transactional practice. The firm says the appointment further augments its corporate/M&A and private equity capabilities.
