With 21 years of experience, Rita Tavares Catarino has built her career in both law firms and in-house roles, particularly in the areas of human resources and banking. She was previously a senior associate at AFMA and served as legal and compliance director at Adecco Portugal. Throughout her career she has advised boards of directors and management teams, as well as national and international corporate clients, with a strong focus on individual and collective employment relations.
Her experience includes the day-to-day legal support of national and multinational companies operating in Portugal, participation in legal audits, handling employment litigation, and the development of internal training programmes.
