Afianza Legal hires tax partner Miguel Ángel Araque
"Afianza Legal has appointed Miguel Ángel Araque as partner in its Madrid office to strengthen its tax practice; he will work in corporate income tax, international taxation and tax procedures."
Specialising in corporate income tax, international taxation and tax procedures, Araque also has extensive experience in tax consolidation, restructuring transactions and due diligence. He brings over 25 years of experience advising national and international clients.
He joins Afianza Legal from Forvis Mazars, where he became a partner in 2014. He previously worked at IBM and Landwell–PwC. Araque said he was attracted by the firm’s solid and ambitious project and aims to contribute his experience to deliver high-quality, strategic advice to clients.
