Anis joins MBH from Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris, where she spent nine years from 2017. Her practice focuses on banking and financing transactions across Africa, including project finance, real estate finance, structured finance, corporate lending and debt restructuring. She has particular expertise in the infrastructure, energy, transport and real estate sectors.
Her advisory network covers lenders — including credit institutions, multilateral institutions, insurance companies and debt funds — as well as borrowers such as special purpose vehicles, corporates, real estate companies and investment funds.
