Studio Legale Floreani is extending its Wealth Protection practice to cover private client work, with particular attention to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. The practice, which previously supported insurance and financial market operators in designing and placing products for the protection of financial assets, is evolving toward a broader model that directly assists clients in building complex legal architectures for the protection and transmission of wealth. The activity focuses on integrated protection of financial, real estate and business-related assets, with a specific emphasis on generational transfer. The practice continues to be led by managing partner and founder Rudi Floreani.
Francesco Divincenzo joins the team as an associate and will support the development of this new phase of the Wealth Protection area.
