Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati Adds Partner Jocelyn Chow to National Security and Antitrust Team in Hong Kong

Jocelyn Chow has joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a national security and antitrust partner in the firm's Hong Kong office.

Chow’s practice focuses on a range of antitrust and trade matters. She regularly advises multinational corporations on compliance counselling, internal investigations, and government-led investigations and enforcement matters, in addition to regulated transactions involving antitrust, economic and trade sanctions, export controls, import controls, and foreign investment controls. She works with clients across sectors including defense, life sciences, advanced engineering and technology, aviation, telecommunications and broadcasting, and financial services, and has advised regulators as outside counsel on strategic antitrust reviews and enforcement matters.

Before joining Wilson Sonsini, Chow was a partner and Asia head of competition, trade, and foreign investment at another international firm. She served as outside counsel for the Hong Kong Competition Commission while Wilson Sonsini partners Brent Snyder and Jindrich Kloub were in senior leadership roles. Chow is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and a registered foreign lawyer in England and Wales. She earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Government and Laws, an LL.B., and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong, has LL.M. experience from Duke University School of Law, and holds a postgraduate diploma in EU competition law from King’s College London. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and has been recognized in legal rankings including Chambers, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Global Competition Review, Who’s Who Legal, and China Business Law Journal’s China A-List as a 2024 Growth Driver.
