Ashurst strengthens Corporate team with senior capital markets partner Jonathan Parry
"Jonathan Parry joins Ashurst as a senior capital markets partner to work in equity capital markets, advising on ECM transactions including IPOs, rights issues, placings and accelerated book-builds."
Parry has more than 25 years' experience advising on equity capital markets transactions on the London Stock Exchange and other stock exchanges across the EMEA region, including IPOs, rights issues, placings and accelerated book-builds, acting for both issuers and investment banks. He specialises in equity capital markets.
He spent 18 months on secondment to the UK Listing Authority and is included in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame for UK ECM. Parry is rejoining Ashurst and will enter the firm as a senior capital markets partner.
