Lowenstein Sandler Appoints Stephanie Godfrey as Chief Financial Officer

Godfrey has more than 20 years of experience leading strategic financial planning and analysis for global law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Her areas of expertise include financial project management, technology implementation, and the redesign of organizational data analytics; she joins Lowenstein in the senior role of Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Lowenstein, Godfrey served as Director of Strategic Finance at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Her prior roles also include Budgeting & Analysis Manager at Kaye Scholer (now Arnold & Porter) and Senior Financial Analyst for Siemens Financial Services.
Godfrey succeeds William B. Farrell, who will retire in 2027 after leading the firm’s financial department for more than 30 years.
