Holland & Knight Grows Nashville Real Estate Team with Erica Garrison

Garrison is a widely respected land use and zoning attorney with more than two decades of experience advising on complex entitlement, municipal regulatory and government affairs matters across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Her practice includes land use, zoning and entitlement matters, metro and state regulatory engagements, incentive structuring, complex negotiations with Metro Nashville departments, the Nashville Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Adjustment, Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, city council and state boards and commissions, and procurement matters including RFP strategy and bid protests.
She was previously a partner with Bradley Arant. Prior to that, she practiced for 15 years at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, which combined with Holland & Knight in 2023, and earlier served as an associate attorney with the Metropolitan Department of Law in Nashville. Garrison has been instrumental in permitting and entitling numerous projects in Nashville and regularly interfaces with local agencies across the Mid‑South.
