MFA Legal & Tech hires Francisco Marques Azevedo and Clara Nolasco Lamas
"MFA Legal & Tech has recruited Francisco Marques Azevedo (senior associate) and Clara Nolasco Lamas (consultant) to its Technology, Innovation and Regulatory practice, within the IP Litigation & Life Sciences area."
Francisco Marques Azevedo joins MFA Legal & Tech from Sérvulo & Associados. He has experience in EU competition law and life sciences, with a focus on complex litigation and regulatory matters. He enters MFA Legal & Tech as a senior associate. Francisco holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, is completing an LL.M. at the same institution and has postgraduate qualifications in competition and regulatory law (IDEFF) and in pharmaceutical law (IURIS).
Clara Nolasco Lamas joins MFA Legal & Tech as a consultant, having spent the past two years at GPA Advogados. She has expertise in compliance and regulation in the financial sector and also practises in intellectual property and life sciences. Clara holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, an LL.M. in European and International Economic Law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and is a member of the Luso-German Lawyers Association.
