Peter joins from Fieldfisher, where he spent the past three years. He is a finance and restructuring lawyer who has specialized in corporate trust work throughout his career, advising trustees, agents and service providers on a range of finance transactions including structured finance, debt capital markets and project finance. A key part of his practice concentrates on post-closing matters, particularly amendments, defaults and restructurings.
Peter has developed significant cross-border experience, including transactions involving both English and U.S. law, and works closely with clients to navigate complex transactions and contentious, high-pressure situations. His arrival further strengthens Dorsey & Whitney’s ability to support clients on cross-border matters, particularly where UK and U.S. considerations intersect.
