Alston & Bird strengthens London Structured & Warehouse Finance Team with partners Steven Krivinskas and Marcus Lovatt

Steven Krivinskas joins Alston & Bird as a partner. He counsels global credit funds, banks, and corporations on structured credit, portfolio sales, and securitizations involving consumer, student, commercial, and residential mortgage assets. He also advises on cross-border funding structures integrating the U.S. and European markets.
Marcus Lovatt joins Alston & Bird as a partner. He represents specialist lenders, banks, and asset managers on a wide range of public and private securitizations, asset-backed financing structures, structured products, and derivative transactions, with particular focus on residential mortgages, consumer loans, auto finance, non-performing loans, and esoteric assets such as litigation receivables.
