BCLP appoints Katrina Murphy as counsel to bolster private equity team
"BCLP hires Katrina Murphy as counsel in London for its private equity team; she will work on private equity, M&A, growth capital and cross-border corporate transactions across technology, energy and healthcare."
Katrina advises companies, private equity funds and management teams on acquisitions and disposals, fundraisings and general corporate transactions. She has a particular focus on the technology, energy and healthcare sectors and works across a broad range of cross-border matters, including M&A, growth capital and buy-and-build strategies. She joins BCLP as counsel in the London office.
Clai Harrison was recently added to BCLP’s London office as a partner. His practice focuses on transaction-led private equity and private equity real estate.
Both arrivals form part of a strategic initiative by BCLP to strengthen its corporate offering globally, an effort that has included adding 16 partners in the past year.
