He has led hundreds of financings for high-growth companies operating in biotechnology, AI, therapeutics, pharmaceuticals, climate tech, digital health, medical technology, cybersecurity, and software, and is a trusted advisor on corporate, securities, and transactional matters.
Recognized as a market leader, Seidenfeld was named 2025 Venture Capital Attorney of the Year by LMG Life Sciences.
