DLA Piper adds Partner Michael Patrone to Corporate practice in New York

Patrone represents U.S. and non-U.S. companies, boards of directors, special board committees, private equity sponsors and investment banks. His transactional experience includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, tender offers, joint ventures, de-SPACs, cross-border transactions, PIPEs, minority and control investments, shareholder activism and governance disputes, financial advisory matters and general corporate matters. His sector work spans life sciences, biotech, biopharma and pharmaceuticals, technology, software and SaaS, healthcare, financial services, digital currency and blockchain, digital infrastructure and telecommunications. He joins DLA Piper at Partner level and has been recognised as a leading attorney by Financial Times and Legal 500.
DLA Piper said Patrone’s arrival builds on the firm’s broader investments in its Corporate, M&A and Finance practices and noted recent additions to its transactions teams.
