DLA Piper adds Michael Makhotin to its Leveraged Finance practice in New York

Makhotin’s practice is focused on a wide range of complex financing transactions, including syndicated and direct lending financings and offerings of high‑yield debt securities. He represents arrangers, sponsors and public companies in connection with various types of term and revolving credit facilities, including asset‑ and reserve‑based facilities, bridge loans, mezzanine and back‑leverage financing structures. Makhotin also advises initial purchasers in relation to secured and unsecured note offerings.
