She also has extensive experience in high-complexity strategic matters, including corporate restructurings, judicial reorganization proceedings, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings, adopting an integrated perspective on legal, regulatory and reputational impacts.
Her professional background includes roles at organizations such as AgroGalaxy Participações, Brascan Agri, Vale, Usiminas, Vallourec do Brasil and FIEMG.
